About the Role
Swiftfin Global is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, has experience running multi-location ad campaigns, and can generate high-quality leads while keeping cost-efficiency in mind.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid search and social media ad campaigns for multiple business locations
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) accounts
- Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion optimization
- Monitor daily ad spend, CTRs, CPCs, CPLs, and ROAS, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Build custom reporting dashboards and share performance insights with stakeholders
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop effective ad creatives
- Implement pixel tracking, conversion events, and retargeting strategies
- Stay up-to-date with platform changes and digital advertising trends
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Proficiency with ad management platforms, tracking tools, and campaign reporting
- Understanding of ad creative testing, funnel optimization, and budget management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work across multiple campaigns and meet performance targets
Preferred
- Experience running ads in the healthcare or service industry
- Familiarity with lead gen campaigns across multiple locations
