About the Role

Swiftfin Global is hiring an SEO Specialist to take ownership of organic search performance, content optimization, and technical site health. You’ll collaborate with content and web teams to improve keyword rankings, site structure, and visibility across search engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and identify content gaps
• Optimize meta tags, headers, alt text, and on-page SEO structure
• Monitor performance using Google Search Console, Analytics, and other SEO tools
• Perform site audits and provide data-driven recommendations
• Write and optimize both short-form and long-form SEO content
• Improve site crawlability, indexing, and site speed in collaboration with developers
• Track rankings, bounce rates, and conversions to adjust strategy
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and SEO trends

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Familiarity with keyword planning tools (Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, SEMrush, etc.)
• Understanding of basic HTML/CSS, schema markup, and website architecture
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret data
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
