About the Role

Swiftfin Global is hiring a Social Media & Content Specialist to lead publishing, engagement, and strategy execution across multiple business Facebook pages. You’ll manage weekly calendars, maintain consistent brand messaging, and work closely with SEO and design teams to deliver aligned, high-performing content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage weekly content calendars across multiple Facebook pages
  • Write and edit engaging captions, post copy, and short-form blog outlines
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms
  • Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar tools
  • Track content performance using platform-specific analytics (e.g., Facebook Insights)
  • Respond to audience comments, messages, and inquiries
  • Coordinate with design and SEO teams to meet campaign deadlines
  • Monitor trends and adapt content to maximize reach and engagement

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media and content writing
  • Strong written English and familiarity with digital content styles
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite
  • Ability to manage content across multiple pages and maintain brand consistency
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines independently

Preferred

Experience managing content for healthcare, wellness, or service-based industries
